NEW DELHI: As a part of enhanced safety for the BRICS summit in Delhi, the DGCA has directed all flying coaching organisations (FTO) throughout seven north Indian states close to Delhi — Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, UP, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and Himachal — to not have any exercise from Friday morning until late Sunday evening.
