The affected panchayats embody Sabalpur East, Sabalpur North, Sabalpur West, Sabalpur Central, Nazarmira, Raher Diara, Gangajal, Bharpura, Kharikka, Kasmar, Rasulpur, Saidpur, Nayagaon, Hasilpur, Kalyanpur and Shikaripur in Sonpur, together with Akilpur and Rampur Aami in Dighwara.
