The Municipal Company of Delhi (MCD) has positioned three officers of its constructing division underneath suspension with rapid impact for dereliction of obligation and negligence within the discharge of their official duties relating to motion in opposition to unauthorised building.
As per the orders issued by the MCD on Thursday, Ravinder Kumar, Assistant Engineer (AE) in constructing division, South West zone (erstwhile Najafgarh Zone), has been positioned underneath suspension as per relevant guidelines.
Suman Saurabh and Mohit Yadav, who work as junior engineers in the identical division and zone, have additionally been suspended with rapid impact.
The motion has been taken in view of dereliction of obligation and negligence on the a part of the officers, in accordance with the relevant service guidelines and orders of the competent authority.
