Hero Glamour X 125 leaks: Hero MotoCorp is preparing to launch a new bike in the 125cc segment. The name of this upcoming model is Hero Glamour X 125. Ahead of the official launch, leaked images have revealed some important information about this motorcycle. And this information has become a topic of much discussion.
A Segment-First: Cruise Control

The biggest highlight is the cruise control feature. Until now, this was only seen in bigger and premium bikes. Bringing it to the commuter segment is a big step from Hero. A dedicated toggle for cruise control can be seen on the right switchgear. This makes the Glamour X India’s first 125cc bike to feature cruise control.
Smart TFT Digital Display

Another big update is the colorful TFT instrument cluster. This is the same unit that was also seen in Hero’s Extreme 250. It is expected to show speed, revs, gear position, odometer, and fuel level. According to reports, it can also support Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation. It will also be provided with a USB Type-C charging port, which is being given for the first time in Hero.
Design and Styling
The new Glamour X has a sportier look than the standard Glamour 125. Its fuel tank is sharper, and the bike has new alloy wheels and bold graphics. The lighting has also been upgraded. The Glamour X will have an LED headlamp, an LED taillamp, and LED indicators, making it stand out in the segment.
Riding Modes and More Features
This motorcycle is loaded with features usually found in expensive bikes. It will have three riding modes—Eco, Road, and Power. Also, a small storage box has been provided under the seat to keep documents.
Engine and Performance
Power will come from the same 124.7 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. This engine produces around 10.7 horsepower and 10.6 Nm of torque, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. While these figures are familiar, the additional technology and premium features make the Glamour X an even more advanced commuter.
Market Positioning and Rivals
The Hero Glamour X 125 will likely sit between the current Glamour 125 and the Xtreme 125R in Hero’s line-up. It will target riders who want a commuter bike with extra style and modern features. Once launched, it will compete with the TVS Raider 125, Honda SP 125, Honda CB125 Hornet, and Bajaj Pulsar NS125.
Price and Launch
The official launch is expected very soon. Prices are likely to be in the range of ₹95,000 to ₹1 lakh (ex-showroom). Hero MotoCorp will announce the final price and full details at the launch event.
