SRINAGAR: A day after chief minister Omar Abdullah hit out at Congress for its criticism over full rendition of Vande Mataram and questioned if the celebration needed Kashmiris to be arrested, J&Ok Congress president Tariq Hamid Karra sharpened the assault on ally NC, describing Omar’s remark as “indifferent from actuality and extremely unlucky”.“The general public has nothing to do with this debate. It’s the govt that’s anticipated to face upright,” Karra stated Friday in a press release. “Did a single individual in Kerala go to jail when its govt selected to sing solely the primary two stanzas of Vande Mataram on the Independence Day parade?” he requested.
