The Ministry of Defence has been pressured to disclaim reviews that information entered by a army jet was behind the air visitors management system failure that hit UK airports this week.

UK airports had been thrown into chaos this week by an obvious technical subject at Nationwide Air Visitors Companies (Nats), which triggered greater than 2,000 flights arriving or departing the UK to be cancelled following the fault on Tuesday.

The disruption has prompted requires Martin Rolfe, chief govt of Nats, to resign.

Mr Rolfe apologised for the incident, which he stated he took “full duty” for.

Michael O’Leary, the boss of price range airline Ryanair, known as Mr Rolfe’s place “untenable” earlier this week.
